Abstract

To the Editor

We read with interest the excellent article of Licari et al.  reporting that anxiety and depression are common in adolescents suffering from asthma as well as in their parents, mainly in mothers. The consequence of this relationship is that emotional disorders might negatively affect also the control of asthma.
